Edward's Expertise

Bringing 27 years of investment experience, Edward supports the quantitative efforts of our global and emerging markets equities teams. Prior to joining Ariel, he worked at various Wall Street firms including Invesco Quantitative Strategies, Bear Stearns Asset Management and Standard & Poor’s. Over the years, he contributed to academic and professional literature as a co-author of a variety of research papers in esteemed journals and also served as an adjunct professor teaching Econometrics at both New York University and Columbia University. Edward holds a BA in economics from Northwestern University and earned a doctorate of philosophy in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
